Shipping

Orders may take up to 72 business hours to leave our shipping facility. While most orders are shipped within 48 hours, please be aware of possible extended shipping times during heavy load periods. Tracking information will be emailed once available. Estimated delivery dates are provided for transit times.

We operate Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, U.S. Federal Holidays, and Canadian holidays.

After your order is dispatched, refer to the shipping information provided in the email containing your tracking number. To check your order status, visit the carrier's website where the chosen shipping service will be displayed.

Estimated Transit Times:

  • USPS Parcel Select Ground (Ground Advantage): 2-5 days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 days
  • UPS® Ground: 2-5 days
  • UPS Standard (Canada): 2-7 days

For international shipping, estimated delivery times will differ based on the destination.

The shipping estimates displayed on our checkout page are directly sourced from the shipping carrier and do not account for processing and handling times required for order fulfillment.

Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered but not actually received, often due to carrier-related clerical issues. In most cases, these packages will arrive within 2-3 business days from the initial delivery update without any action needed from the receiver. If possible, check with your neighbors and reach out to your local shipping carrier hub for more information. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact our support team for assistance.

Regrettably, the displayed shipping prices are directly obtained from USPS and UPS, representing the actual costs. These are the most affordable options available to us at the moment.

Nevertheless, we are actively working towards reducing shipping costs for our valued customers.

To make changes to your order, please use our Contact Us page.

You must request order modifications within 1 hour of receiving your order confirmation email. If a shipping label has already been created, we cannot make any changes to the order.

When requesting order adjustments, please specify the items you want to remove, add, or modify.

Be aware that any changes made to the order may result in a delay in fulfillment, depending on the nature of the alterations.

You are allowed to cancel your order if you wish to do so. However, please note that cancellations initiated by users are subject to a 3% cancellation fee due to payment processor regulations.
